Country Inn & Suites Williamsburg, 400 Bypass Road, was recently recognized by Carlson Hotels with two prestigious awards for outstanding dedication to guest satisfaction and brand engagement. The Gold President’s Award, which honors the brand’s top-performing hotels, was presented to Vice President of Asset and Revenue Management Kimberly Armstead during Carlson’s 2009 Global Business Conference in Philadelpha. During the event, the Country Inn & Suites also received a Friends Hosting Friends Award for achieving guest satisfaction rankings within the top 25% of brand hotels.

“These awards reinforce our commitment to exceed our guests’ expectations each day,” said Armstead. The Country Inn & Suites satisfaction ratings are measured by an online customer service survey called Medallia. The hotel is also evaluated regularly by Carlson Hotels to ensure quality measures and brand standards are achieved.
